Our story started with the joint journey for helping people heal of the trailblazer in tissue engineering, Clay (Co-Founder & CEO) and the nurse, Danielle (Co-Founder & CMO). Uniquely bonded by their mission, and tirelessly striving to advance healing for all people, Clay and Danielle have set their journey to challenge the status quo of healing all over the world. The two met in South Florida, at the time when Danielle worked in the pharmaceutical industry, and Clay, a regenerative tissue pioneer, was an engineer behind the scenes, helping to develop the technology that today powers VyraMed.
Danielle had heard of a rare, complicated case in which the patient’s body was attacking itself and unable to heal following breast cancer surgery. When the skin was touched or treated, the condition was only exacerbated. Danielle had the idea to utilize this newer technology that her company was representing.
She was connected to Clay directly, and from a joint mission & success of helping one patient heal – to harnessing the advanced new technology platform that we know of today.
